Subject: Maj. Gen Leo LeBlanc

Michael LeBlanc called me just a while ago and told me that his father, Major General Leo J. LeBlanc passed away this morning. Leo was a good friend of mine, and I know of many of you as well. Please pass to anyone who is not an addee on this list that you know was a friend of Leo. We have lost another great Marine and superb aviator.
